C. Brian Crane, Esquire
FOUNDING ATTORNEY
Brian Crane is the founding attorney of Crane Law, PC, with over two decades of experience serving clients in estate planning, Medicaid planning, and estate administration. As a Certified Medicaid Planner, Brian is deeply committed to helping families protect their legacies and navigate life’s most important transitions. Raised in Danville, Pennsylvania, Brian has two children and a passion for creativity and community. In his free time, you’ll find him chalk drawing childhood memories, performing with the Susquehanna Valley Chorale, or enjoying precious moments with friends and family.
Brandy Hampton
PARALEGAL
Brandy is a lifelong member of the Columbia County community, deeply committed to both her profession and local causes. A valedictorian graduate of McCann School of Business & Technology with a degree in Specialized Business, she has built a 15-year career in the legal and social service sectors, including several years working at The Women’s Center, where she provided vital support to individuals in need.

Brandy’s passion for service extends beyond her career—she has also volunteered with ARC and the SPCA, dedicating her time to meaningful community initiatives.
​
Outside of work, Brandy finds inspiration in her art studio, where she creates intricate stained-glass mosaics. She also enjoys spending time outdoors with her two children, exploring the forest and sharing her love of nature and creativity with them.

Rachel Ribble
PARALEGAL
Rachel brings nearly two decades of legal experience to Crane Law, PC, with a strong background in estate administration and probate matters. She has spent the majority of her career assisting clients and attorneys with estate planning, inheritance tax filings, and estate accountings.

Prior to joining Crane Law, PC, Rachel worked for over 16 years as a paralegal at Hill, Turowski, James & Lehman, LLP, where she managed all aspects of estate administration, from drafting legal documents to coordinating with beneficiaries and financial institutions. She is skilled in legal research, court procedures, and maintaining compliance with probate deadlines.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children who keep her busy with their many activities. She values family time and is actively involved in her children’s lives and their community.

Alyssa Ackley
PARALEGAL
Alyssa is a Certified Medicaid Planner™ with over seven years of experience helping clients navigate the complex world of Medicaid planning and applications. She works closely with families to guide them through the Medicaid process with clarity and compassion, ensuring each step is handled with attention to detail and a focus on preserving dignity and peace of mind.

She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2017 and has built her career on a foundation of knowledge, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping others prepare for life’s most important transitions.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with friends and family, taking day trips to explore hidden gems throughout Pennsylvania, and working on home improvement projects. She shares her life with her beloved rescue dog, Nala, adopted from a local SPCA, who has become her most loyal companion.​
