Founding Attorney
C. Brian Crane, Esquire
With over 20 years of legal expertise, I am the founding attorney of Crane Law, PC, a law firm dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services in estate planning, Medicaid planning, guardianships, and estate administration. My career in law began at Derr, Pursel, Luschas, and Norton, LLP, where I served as an associate attorney gaining experience in multiple practice areas. By 2012, I became a partner at the firm which was renamed Luschas, Naparsteck, & Crane, LLP.

Throughout my career, I found a deep sense of fulfillment in helping clients navigate their estate planning journeys. This passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families led me to focus exclusively on areas where I can provide the most value--estate planning, Medicaid planning, guardianships, and estate administration. I firmly believe that thoughtful legal preparation can bring peace of mind not only for the future, but also for today.

In 2025, I fulfilled my long-held aspiration by founding Crane Law, PC. My vision for the firm is to offer not only professional legal expertise, but also. compassionate, client-focused service. At Crane Law, we are committed to making the legal process as stress-free as possible, ensuring that our clients feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

While my practice is now focused on east planning and elder law, my early career encompassed a wide range of legal disciplines, including family law, workers' compensation, personal injury, and municipal law. This diverse background has equipped me with a well-rounded perspective and a broad understanding of the law, allowing me to craft tailored solutions for each client's unique needs.

I am deeply engaged in the estate planning community and a proud member of several distinguished organizations, including Wealth Counsel, the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA), and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). As a Certified Medicaid Planner, I am uniquely qualified to help clients navigate the complexities of Medicaid eligibility and planning, ensuring they have access to the care and resources they need without unnecessary stress or confusion.

At Crane Law, we are dedicated to helping individuals and families secure a stable and prosperous future through informed decision=making and careful legal planning.
